From September 24th to 26th, 83 participants and 55 non-governmental organizations from Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Turkey gathered in Palic, Serbia, where during the 3 day conference entitled : Approximation in the field of environmental protection in the Western Balkans and Turkey – ETNAR, they were able to learn more about the issues of sustainable energy and conservation of natural resources, and how to improve advocacy on these issues throughout the region.
The focus of the conference was cooperation on energy, transport and natural resources, and joint action to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for member countries of the Energy Community was agreed.
