Al the measures in the Plan are actually very good, containing most of the elements that we were suggesting for several years.
During October there was public debate about the Plan of protection and improvement of air quality in Zagreb. One part of the Plan is focused on urban transport so Green Action has send the comments on it. Al the measures in the Plan are actually very good, containing most of the elements that we were suggesting for several years.
The problem is that deadline for implementing those measures is very un-defined as well as institutions that are responsible for implementation. Except that, some measures are marked as „low-priority“, but we believe that they should be „high priority“. Green action has made an analysis of the Plan and send the comment to the City authorities.
