After 6 years and 2 months, since it was established, on 2.16.2005 Kyoto protocol is coming into effect.

After 6 years and 2 months, since it was established, on 2.16.2005 Kyoto protocol is coming into effect. Countries that have signed it have also commited to decrease emision of exhausted gases for minimally 5% as compared to emisions from 1990. Croatia is not among those countries. Why? On date when protocol will start to be effective, Green Action will remind public and politcians about it.
